Your Shopify store stays your web storefront. Shoppers tap checkout in your app and land in your own Shopify checkout with the basket already loaded, so your payments, your taxes and your Shopify data all stay where they are. Orders read back into your Shopify admin as normal orders, sourced to the YourCart sales channel.

Why £49 and $59? The two plans include different things. The standalone plan includes a full YourCart web storefront and bills your card directly. The Shopify plan uses your existing Shopify storefront and Shopify's own billing, and Shopify plan pricing is set in USD.
What you'll never pay us
- No transaction fee. We take nothing on your sales — your customers' money goes straight to your Stripe account.
- No setup fee. Getting your apps built and submitted is part of the £49.
- No per-push-notification fee. Message your customers as much as you like.
- No app-update fee. New versions ship as part of the plan.
- No per-seat fee. Add your team; the price doesn't change.
- No tier upgrades, no enterprise upsell. There's one plan. You already have all of it.
Two costs go to the app stores, not to us: the Apple Developer Program ($99/year, paid by you directly to Apple) and the Google Play developer fee, which Google publishes as a $25 one-off. You never register with Google at all — your Android app publishes under YourCart’s own Play Console, so there is no Google account for you to create. More on both below.
And what we'll never promise you
- We won't promise your Android app goes live instantly, or ahead of your iPhone app, if you're enrolling with Apple. One process covers both stores in that path, and it cannot start until your App Store app setup is complete (your Apple Developer enrolment starts that setup). Prefer not to wait? Go live on Android first and add iPhone later, it's optional. After that, Google publishes that review can take up to seven days, or longer in exceptional cases.
- We won't do your Apple enrolment for you. You enrol with Apple yourself; we hand you the walkthrough and support you through it.
- We won't upsell you a mobile tier. Mobile is included in the one £49 plan — there's no premium upgrade to unlock.
- We won't put a business name on your App Store listing you haven't earned. Enrol with Apple as an Individual and the "Seller" line shows your personal legal name; enrol as an Organization for a business name.
What the alternatives really cost
To get a branded app on Shopify you stack an app-builder on top of your Shopify plan. What that adds varies by builder: some publish a flat monthly price, and some also charge a percentage of app sales once you pass a revenue threshold. Pick where your shop is today and see what each option would take out of your revenue.
At ~£2,500/month, YourCart’s £49 is about 2% of your revenue — and it is still £49 when that number has grown.

The percentage is YourCart’s flat £49 against the representative revenue for the band, rounded; we do not publish one for the builder route, because it depends which builder.

You already pay Shopify. The question is what branded iPhone and Android apps add to that bill each month — and what a builder adds varies: some publish a flat monthly price, and some also charge a percentage of app sales once you pass a revenue threshold.

Your Shopify plan is unchanged on both rows, so it cancels out. On YourCart your card processing is unchanged as well, because checkout stays in your own Shopify checkout — where a builder puts checkout varies, so that is not something we can net off for you.
Apple’s annual developer fee is paid by you on both rows too.
We publish no share-of-revenue figure on this table: ours would be arithmetic on a Shopify bill we do not know, and the builder route’s would need an exchange rate nobody has sourced.

The cost questions everyone asks
What's the Apple $99 charge — and do you take a cut of it?
Apple charges $99/year for its Developer Program. You enrol with Apple in your own name and pay Apple directly — it never touches YourCart, and we never mark it up. You become the publisher of record for your app on the App Store; we build it and submit it to your account for you. (Sole traders can enrol on Apple's Individual tier with no extra paperwork and no D-U-N-S — the one trade-off is your personal legal name shows on the App Store "Seller" line. We flag that up-front.)
And the Google Play fee?
Google charges a one-off $25 fee for a Play Console developer account. You never register with Google at all, so there is no Google account for you to create, no Google bill and no Google paperwork. Your Android app publishes under YourCart's Play Console with your brand front and centre (icon, name, screenshots). If you complete Apple enrolment, one process covers both stores and cannot start until your App Store app setup is complete, so your Android app won't go ahead of your iPhone app in that path; or go live on Android first and add iPhone later, it's your call. It goes live once Google's review approves it. Google publishes that review can take up to seven days, or longer in exceptional cases.
Can I cancel? Is there a refund?
Cancel any time. It's monthly, with no contract and no questions. There's no refund for the month you're already in, but nothing rolls over. Full terms are in our Refund Policy, linked in the footer.
How do I cancel?
Billing runs through Shopify, so you cancel the same way you cancel any Shopify app: uninstall YourCart or cancel the plan from your Shopify admin, and Shopify stops charging you. Your Shopify store, storefront and checkout are unaffected.
Why £49 for the standalone plan?
The £49 covers a branded iPhone app, a branded Android app, a full web storefront, your own admin portal and all the infrastructure behind them, in one plan with no mobile upcharge. Building a branded app on top of a hosted store platform usually means paying for the store platform and then bolting a separate app-builder on top of it, and those app-builders are priced in the hundreds per month.
Why $59 when the standalone plan is £49?
The two plans include different things. The standalone plan includes a full YourCart web storefront and bills your card directly. The Shopify plan uses your existing Shopify storefront, keeps checkout on Shopify and bills through Shopify's own billing. Shopify plan pricing is also set in USD.
Is there a free trial?
No. Setting up your catalogue, branding and app submission is too involved to gate behind a trial, so you subscribe from day one. You can explore the whole platform on our live demo before you commit.
Are there other plans?
No. There is one plan at $59/month, billed by Shopify. Everything YourCart adds to your Shopify store is in it.
