Live ~28 daysEnrol in the Apple Developer Program — about 1.5 hours of focused signup. This is your only hands-on task. The $99/year fee is paid by you directly to Apple.

Apple reviews the app — typically 1–3 days, up to 7 for a first submission.

These timelines are anchors, not guarantees — a brand-new developer account can review a little slower. Apple timing starts once your Apple Developer enrolment completes.

Who publishes your app depends on the platform. Here's exactly how it works on each — so there are no surprises later.
iPhone: published in your name
Your iPhone app is published under your own Apple Developer account, with your brand as the publisher of record on the App Store. Apple's rules require this — the app belongs to your Apple Developer account.
You enrol with the Apple Developer Program yourself ($99/year, paid directly to Apple). We give you step-by-step walkthrough docs and support, but the enrolment is yours to complete.
Enrolling as an Individual is fine for sole traders and needs no D-U-N-S number — just note the App Store "Seller" line will show your personal legal name. Enrol as an Organization if you'd rather show a business name.
Android: your brand, our developer account
Your Android app is published under YourCart's single Google Play developer account, with your brand front and centre in the listing — your icon, name, description, and screenshots. YourCart is the underlying publisher, following Google's white-label developer guidance.
That means zero Google setup for you: no Play Console signup, no $25 platform fee, no D-U-N-S, and no identity, website, or phone verification. YourCart handles all of it, and your Android app is live within days.
This mirrors how established branded-app platforms such as Tapcart publish many merchants' apps under one developer identity — a proven, industry-standard model.
What we'll never promise you
Plenty of platforms over-promise to close the sale. Here's what we deliberately won't tell you — because it wouldn't be true.
- We won't promise your iPhone app appears overnight. Apple reviews every first submission. Your iPhone app is typically live about 28 days after signup, once your Apple enrolment and Apple's review are done. Real timelines, not marketing ones.
- We won't promise your Android app goes live “instantly.” Google reviews every app's first release. Your branded Android app is typically live on Google Play within about 7 days — not minutes.
- We won't do your Apple enrolment for you. You enrol with the Apple Developer Program yourself — about 1.5 hours of focused setup. We hand you the step-by-step walkthrough and answer every question, but the account has to be in your name.
- We won't hide the app-store fees or mark them up. The Apple Developer Program is $99/year, paid by you directly to Apple — never through a YourCart markup. The $25 Google fee we cover ourselves.
- We won't put a business name on your App Store listing you haven't earned. If you enrol with Apple as an Individual (fine for sole traders, no D-U-N-S needed), the “Seller” line shows your personal legal name. Enrol as an Organization if you need a business name there.
- We won't upsell you into a mobile tier or an enterprise plan. There's one plan at £49/month with everything in it — no add-ons, no per-seat fees, no “premium” mobile upgrade waiting to be unlocked.
